- Small pets may be allowed with the prior consent of the LESSOR.
- Smoking in the unit or on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
- No consumption or cultivation of cannabis.
- Future LESSEES must consent to a verification of their credit/background and must provide employment references
- LESSEES must maintain tenant insurance with civil liability coverage of two million dollars. A copy of the policy must be submitted upon signing the official lease.
- Rentals to any third party such as Airbnb , VRBO etc. are strictly forbidden.
- Lessees must not paint the unit or change any of the locks.
- The future lessees must transfer Hydro and Energir to their names by the date of possession and provide written confirmation.
- As per the condo association , a deposit of $80.00 is required upon issuing a magnetic FOB for entry into the pool area and gym. Said amount will be refunded to the LESSEE at the end of the lease.
- The property must be returned to the LESSOR in the same condition that it was in at the
beginning of the lease, minus regular wear and tear.
